A member of the Summit advisory board had some questions for me. Here are my answers:
Why do we exist?
We exist to inspire and empower our team members to do great things, to partner with our clients to help them succeed and to give back to our community with our time and our talents.
How do we behave?
We behave aggressively but not recklessly when opportunity presents itself. We strive to compete on the quality of our talent and services, not on price. We educate ourselves, our clients and our community. We pursue relationships not sales.
What do we do?
-We help our clients achieve success by helping them identify problems and opportunities and partnering with them to create solutions.
-We hire the most talented people by creating a fun, nurturing environment that encourages people to identify and achieve their professional goals.
-We give our time and our services to organizations that are improving our community.
How do we succeed?
We succeed whenever our clients, associates or community succeeds.
