Salesforce Certified Trainers

Our Salesforce trainers all possess one or more relevant certifications from Salesforce.com. Class content is tailored to our clients - each program is preceded by a consultation with our clients to determine their use case and what functionality will be covered in the Salesforce training program. We then build a custom Salesforce training program based on a mutually agreeable curriculum to ensure maximum value is delivered to our clients.

Depending on your needs, we can tailor our Salesforce training programs to either Salesforce beginning users, advanced users or Salesforce administrators. We cannot combine user and admin training into the same program, a separate training package would be required if both Salesforce user and admin training are desired.

• Delivery Not to Exceed Two (2) Hours

• Must Be Delivered in a Single Business Day

• Participation Limited to Ten (10) End-Users

• Includes One (1) Pre-Delivery Consultation to Identify Primary Use-Cases.

On Site Salesforce Training​

• One (1) Instructor-Led Salesforce Training (ILT) Session Delivered On-Site

• Content Includes Standard Salesforce.com End-User Navigation and Functionality

• Includes Salesforce Reporting and Salesforce Dashboards

• Delivery Not to Exceed Two (2) Hours

• Must Be Delivered in a Single Business Day

• Participation Limited to Ten (10) End-Users

• Travel and expenses not included outside of Ohio.

• Duration Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Minutes;

• Re-Distribution Rights Pass to Client Upon Delivery
