Salesforce and Summit Technologies are both committed to supporting the nonprofit community. Salesforce offers 10 free Enterprise Edition licenses to qualified nonprofits and Summit Technologies deeply discounts our QuickStart implementations to help organizations get starting using Salesforce. Whether your organization is new to Salesforce or you would like to add the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to your existing Salesforce platform, our Salesforce Nonprofit QuickStart implementations are the best way to quickly get started with the Salesforce CRM platform and the NPSP to start seeing a return on your Salesforce investment.
Our Salesforce certified professionals get to know your organization and map your constituent and donor management as well as fundraising requirements to Salesforce functionality, following Salesforce best practices.
What's included in our Salesforce Nonprofit QuickStart implementations?
After we review your fundraising and CRM requirements, we create an implementation plan, which we review with you to ensure that we account for all of your requirements.
We then get to work customizing Salesforce to your requirements. All packages include:
User Configuration, basic sharing and security
Create a custom branded home page
Set up Salesforce activities- Tasks, Events, Email
Set up and customize Leads, Accounts and Contacts
Configure Donations to your fundraising process
After everything is set up, tested and working correctly we then import your data for accounts, contacts and leads.
Finally, we hand off your custom Salesforce implementation to you with an in-person or web based training session for users (some packages also include admin training).
After implementation, we recommend that you subscribe to our CloudAdvisor Professional Services for Salesforce program. This ensures that as your organization grows and evolves, your Salesforce CRM implementation will too. We will handle administration, customization and configuration of the Salesforce CRM so you can focus on making the world a better place!
