Genie’s Flow tools utilize orchestration to coordinate multi-user, multi-step workflows. Flow provides collaboration via Slack. Flow integrates data from any system with clicks not coding. Flow automates repetitive tasks with Flow RPA which is powered by Mulesoft. And Flow creates guided industry specific experiences with OmniStudio.


Paired with Sales Cloud Einstein, Flow gives you deep insights into your customers based on previous interactions. You can use these insights to create stronger relationships, score and rank leads and cases, and design campaigns that fill pipelines. According to Salesforce, Hyperforce is currently available in India, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Germany, France, and Brazil for Salesforce Core Services (“Core”). Customer 360 Audiences (CDP) is live on Hyperforce in the US and Germany.
