Salesforce Marketing Cloud Login

Salesforce Marketing Cloud has made changes to its login page to improve the login process and provide a more consistent Salesforce experience for users.

The changes, which include an updated look for the login page and enhancements to the password reset and login experience, will be available to all Marketing Cloud customers on January 26, 2018. Users will not need to take any action and can continue to use their current Marketing Cloud credentials to log in at

It is important to note that credentials will not work for Marketing Cloud and users should continue to use their Marketing Cloud username and password.

If you need to reset your password or unlock your account, you can use the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page. If you repeatedly enter 10 incorrect security codes during the password reset process, all available security codes will be invalidated and you will need to request a new one.

If you forget the answer to your security questions, you should contact your Marketing Cloud administrator to receive a new temporary password.
