We provide CRM, Sales Process and Marketing Automation consulting services to clients in the non-profit, government, enterprise and SMB markets, among others.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Account Executive for our Salesforce Consulting Services company in Columbus, Ohio. Successful Account Executives will be rewarded with significant compensation with no upper limitations. Base compensation is commensurate with experience and includes outstanding commission and benefits package.

Position Summary

The Account Executive develops relationships with non-profits and small and mid-market businesses in central Ohio to provide Salesforce and Marketing automation consulting services. Building and maintaining a sales pipeline of new business is required. Account Executive will initiate contact with organizations, qualify new revenue opportunities, assist in proposal writing, present proposals and grow customer relationships.


  • 2+ years successful IT Services sales experience

  • Existing client relationships in the central Ohio area

  • 1+ Years Using as a sales rep

  • Build and maintain sales pipeline

  • Meet or exceed sales goals

  • Strong qualification, listening, problem solving, and closing skills

  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills

  • An understanding of CRM, cloud technologies, software and IT services, sales processes and marketing automation


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Gain understanding of prospective client technology needs, IT strategy and business initiatives

  • Match client needs with Summit Technologies solutions

  • Assist in proposal creation and presentation

  • Commit to learning the Salesforce platform and gain a certification within 12 months of employment

  • Work as a team with partners inside and outside Summit Technologies

  • Develop new business in the central Ohio mid-market and non-profit markets

  • Build and maintain sales pipeline

  • Meet or exceed sales goals
